India Stampley, RN
Administrator
India Stampley earned her degree in nursing over 20 years ago. As a Louisiana native, she began her career working at the Children’s Hospital of New Orleans, and later moved to East Jefferson General Hospital. In 2005, due to Hurricane Katrina, India and her family relocated to Georgia, and for the past 10 years has dedicated her professional life to private duty home care. India’s desire to learn and grow professionally, as well as her passion to really get to know and “serve” both patients and their families, has allowed her to advance her career. Her clinical experience includes Staff Nurse, Clinical Care Coordinator, Location Director and Hospital Nurse Liaison. Serving in these capacities has allowed India to develop professional relationships with some of the top Clinicians, Specialty Physicians, Nurses, Therapists and Case Managers in the Atlanta area.
Throughout her career, India has worked on many initiatives focused on improving clinical outcomes, patient care and staff satisfaction. When her mother noticed India’s passion for nursing and providing care to patients in the home, she asked India why she has such a dedication to this field of nursing, India responded “when patients are in the hospital, there are so many more support systems and resources available to them, but when patients need nursing care in the home, their needs are unlimited and that’s where I feel I am needed the most”.
In her free time, India enjoys spending time with family and friends, crafting, and helping with community activities. One of her greatest joys is watching her son play football.
