Lisa Joseph, RN
Director
As a Registered Nurse for 23 years, Lisa has extensive experience working in health care. A Georgia native, she obtained her nursing degree at Gordon College in Barnesville, Georgia in 1995. Her nursing career includes working in many different hospital settings, including surgical and intensive care units, the Mother-Baby Unit as well as the Radiology Department. She has received many years of knowledge, training and experience working in Private Duty Home Care for kids. Along with this experience, Lisa brings an approach to the business that demonstrates her commitment to services delivered with compassion, respect and dignity.
In 2009, Lisa found her passion in nursing when a friend and colleague provided her the opportunity to work in Private Duty Home Care for medically fragile children. She started out as a Clinical Care Coordinator for a small, close-knit company where everyone was treated like family. She enjoyed the aspect of being able to spend quality time with nursing staff, the children and their families. Lisa was very “hands-on” and personally covered many nursing shifts in the homes. Lisa’s motto is…. “I don’t ask anyone to do anything that I’m not willing to do myself.” She built great relationships with co-workers, nursing staff and families because of her motto. From 2009 to 2017, Lisa advanced in the company to positions of Clinical Director, Location Director, and Corporate Resource Nurse. Subsequently, when the small company she loved merged with two larger companies, Lisa made the difficult decision to pursue other opportunities.
The vision for owning a company of her own began with the desire to return to a small business that felt like family, treated everyone like family and focused on providing compassionate quality care. With the support and partnership of friends and family that vision became a reality with Alliance Pediatric Providers! Lisa is so excited and thankful for this amazing opportunity.
